Legacy of Love: Biblical Wisdom for Parenting Teens and Young Adults

A most own book
This is one of those books that can truly be of guidance when working with teens (young adults), whether they are your own, your grandkids or belong to someone else. We all need each other to work together to help build the kingdom of God and get past those sometime difficult years. My hat off to the author, Kimberly Hahn. Thank you for all your insight.

Excellent
I am really enjoying this book. It's easy to understand. I would reccomend it to anyone who has a family.

Practical advice based on Scripture
Legacy of Love: Biblical Wisdom for Parenting Teens and Young Adults is the fourth entry in the Life-Nurturing Love series by Kimberly Hahn. Earlier titles deal with marriage, homemaking, and family life. The series, based on Proverbs 31: 10-31 grew out of bible study Hahn has offered to students at Franciscan University. Legacy of Love's 15 chapters are grouped under the following sections:
1. She Opens Her Hand to the Poor (Prv 31:20)
2. She Looks Well to the Ways of Her Household (Prv 31:27)
3. She Does Not Eat the Bread of Idleness (Prv 31:27)
4. Her Children Rise Up and Call Her Blessed (Prv 31:28)
5. Her Husband Also, and He Praises Her (Prv 31:28)
6. A Woman Who Fears the Lord Is To Be Praised (Prv 31:30)

Appendixes include outlines to accompany the video version of the book; questions for intergenerational women's study; and "Radical Hospitality: An invitation to Share Life Together. Hahn also offers recommended resources and chapter...
